Hydraulic Automatic High Precision Double Sides Working Table Cutting Machine:
It is suitable for cutting all kinds of paperboard, textile, plastic & rubber material, foam sheet, leather, rubber, packing material, floor & carpet, fiberglass, soft wood sheet and etc. by the cutting die. It is especially suitable for big size and high pressure cutting.
1. PLC touch screen program control, it has two kinds of cutting die setting mode (automatic and manual) to choose for cutting.
2. Double -side auto-feeding table device, it can improve the cutting efficiency.
3. Double oil cylinders,precision four-column auto-balancing link structure, which can guarantee uniform cutting depth of each cutting position.
4. When upper cutting board drops down and touches cutting die, it can automatically slow cutting to make the cutting material no size error between the top and bottom layers.
5. Equipped with central oil supply automatical lubricating system, to ensure working precision andprolong the service life of machine.
6. Operating with both hands, ensures high safety of operators.
